With a background in real estate, Charles understands that client relationships are built, not sold.
His focus is on making sure every client feels properly looked after, and that their experience of the programme is as smooth and valuable as possible from day one through to completion.
Outside of work, Charles is a keen cyclist and a devoted dog lover.
He makes sure that cockapoo Rufus is always on his best behaviour, which, as any cockapoo owner will tell you, is no small achievement.
