Jason leads the Revenue Growth Programme as Managing Director.
He works alongside the coaching team to help sales leaders and their organisations achieve transformational, lasting revenue growth. He is responsible for the overall direction of the programme and ensuring every client leaves with not just better skills, but a fundamentally different approach to how they sell and lead.
Jason brings over 15 years of sales experience and more than seven years of senior leadership, scaling revenue across multiple organisations and markets.
His background includes over a decade at FranklinCovey delivering world-renowned programmes including Speed of Trust and 7 Habits, before building UK, US, and European markets from the ground up at Knolskape and taking the business from zero to seven figures. He understands, at a deep level, what it takes to build a sales culture that performs consistently, under pressure, and at scale.
Outside of work, Jason is a passionate (self-described "average") golfer who genuinely loves every round.
He also has a lifelong connection to football, having played professionally as a young man before continuing semi-professionally at clubs well into his thirties.
It's that combination of passion, persistence, and love for the game, whatever the level, that shapes how he thinks about performance, both on the pitch and in the sales room.
