Johnny is a coach on The Revenue Growth Programme.


He has been immersed in sales and sales coaching for more than twenty years, with deep practical and learning-led experience drawn from leading sales teams across global consulting businesses and running the Accenture Learning Centres in Chicago and Kuala Lumpur.

Johnny has partnered with multiple sales and coaching organisations to focus on what really matters, and is a certified Tracom Social Styles and Trust-Based Selling facilitator.

 

His clients enjoy his focused and fun approach to coaching and learning, and he works equally comfortably one-to-one and with large groups. He has built a strong network across global clients including Accenture, AstraZeneca, Volvo, EY, RBS, Cummins, Google, TCS, Standard Life, Hayman Robertson, and PWC.
 

Outside of work, Johnny is a keen cyclist and a South African wine enthusiast.


Both pursuits speak to the same instinct: the joy of good company, time well spent, and the long road ahead.
