Mike leads digital and AI at The Revenue Growth Programme.
He is responsible for the digital experience that surrounds the programme, from how prospects first find us through to how clients engage with our content. He also leads how we apply AI to measure, learn from and improve what we do.
Mike’s background is in digital marketing, search, and applied AI. He has spent years building systems that turn data into decisions, including SaaS products of his own that use historical patterns to predict outcomes. That same instinct, finding the signal that compounds, sits behind how he thinks about marketing and growth at the programme.
He goes well beyond running campaigns. He is interested in what actually works, why, and how to make that repeatable, which fits naturally with the systems-led philosophy of Forty-20-40™️.
Outside of work, Mike is a football coach, a long-time Football Manager player, a confident cook, and a keen rambler, usually with Daisy & Pipping (his 2 dogs) in tow.
The football pairing is the giveaway: someone who coaches in real life and builds dynasties out of data tables on the screen has spent a long time thinking about long-term planning, marginal gains and patient compounding for a living. The cooking and the walks are for balance!
